TERMS OF SERVICES

These terms of services describe your rights when commissioning me. Please read these terms of services carefully and contact me for any questions. By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to have read and accepted the terms stated below.Thank you :)--------------------------------GENERAL
I keep all rights to my art, meaning I may post it on my own social media, I may sign it, and I may use it for commercial purposes.
You are allowed to share your commission anywhere you'd like, but you must credit me somewhere (including if you use it as your profile picture on a social media platform).
You may print your own commission for personal use.
If you fail to follow these TOS, you will be blacklisted. This blacklist is public, and featured at the end of this document.TERMS & CONDITIONS
You may not use your commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes without my written permission.
You may not alter your commission in any way, including cropping, adding filters or removing my signature without my written permission.
You may not do anything that violates my intellectual property, including claiming the artwork as yours.
You may not reproduce or use the commission for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate images and videos. This includes but is not limited to : technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as my work, technologies that infringe on my intellectual property by integrating my work into its data base.
As per my clause forbidding you from violating my intellectual property, you may not reproduce the commission in any way, and as a precaution, you may not reproduce/ask someone to reproduce it for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies.Prices on the commission sheet are arbitrary, all prices are subject to change depending on complexity/deadlines/amount of revisions.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission, and do not have to give you the reason for it.
If I cancel your commission after the payment has been made, you will be refunded in full minus the PayPal fees.
If you plan on using your commission for commercial purposes (including but not limited to : making merch, using it in monetized video content, using it as an album cover...) please tell me beforehand as this will include additional fees. Not telling me or asking for written permission might result in legal pursuits, and a blacklisting.
Arguing prices or asking for discounts will result in an immediate blacklisting.--------------------------------If you would like to know my experience with commissions or examples of ones I've done, I can provide that.
Finally, I have never had a bad experience with people who commissioned me, and my blacklist is empty, don't be the first one please :)

PAYMENT

Paypal only.
Euro (€) prefered.
Payment in full after sketch has been approved.I do not offer refunds. If you are in a special situation you may discuss it with me, but I reserve the right to refuse the refund anyways.
If you ask for a refund/chargeback through PayPal, I will decline it and send them screenshots of our conversations as well as these terms of services which you agreed to upon commissioning me. You will also be blacklisted and blocked.

MY COMMISSION PROCESS

-You reach out to me to ask for a commission ! If I have slots open I accept :)
-Then you give me the type of commission you want, and a general idea of it (i.e the character, background if included, pose, mood, etc... whatever details you'd like)
-We will discuss the idea so I get all the details I need
-I will then work on a sketch, possibly multiple ones, and send it to you
-We will discuss it, and you can ask me to revise it up to 3 times (additional revisions = additional fees)
-If you still do not like your sketch, we will simply go our separate ways, no payment needed
-If you approve the sketch I will take the payment in full, and once it's received, do your commission
-You are free to ask me for updates on it whenever (if you feel it's taking too long or have any concerns; my DMs are always open)
